What a great, hassle-free way to visit Disneyland. Pick up and drop off at our hotel exaclty as stated. All the driving and navigating the freeways, streets left to the professionals. Advance tickets to Disneyland so no wating to enter the park. Our son lost his camera near the end of our day but we were not sure where. When we called the dispatch office the next day to inquire if it had been found, not only had it been turned in by our driver, but the dispatcher, who was off work in 30 minutes, offered to bring it to our hotel for us. The camera, its case and the i-pod nano it contained were all delivered to us exactly as promised. Now thats customer service!! We had a great experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone! An awesome day!

Marvelous. Truly efficient, everything went to order, clean comfortable coach and nice helpful driver - we loved the Magic Kingdom too, and were pleasantly surprised to find the queues (lines?) were not so long so we did not have to wait awfully long for any ride. This tour was especially good value, we would have paid three or four times more for a trip like this in the UK or France (where Disneyland is based).

No hassle, picked up, dropped off, clearly told when to return for return journey back to hotel. Only complaint was the children would have liked to see the parade at night around 7.10, picking up 1 our later would have been great as they would have been able to see this. But all in all i would book again - the concept is a great idea!

We just have a wonderful time on our trip the Driver was very nice and funny, the bus was really elegant and clean, the only thing I did not like was the service from the guy on the phone that told us how to get to the address for them to pick us up but other then that we had a good time.
